Initial consultation is divided in two parts- the first focuses on case-taking, and the second is a brief follow-up during which we review my recommendations for your health improvement. Part I - Information gathering  - Detailed assessment of all body systems, careful exploration of medical history, lifestyle patterns, and emotional well-being - Review of current medication and supplementation - Exploration of potential nutrient imbalances Part II-  presentation of my recommendations  - Individualised, detailed nutrition and lifestyle plan - If deemed necessary recommendations for testing (including functional testing) - If deemed necessary further referrals to specialists - Supplement recommendations (incl. discounts)
