Cancellation Policy

​I do understand there may be times when you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. I would be grateful if you could give me as much advance notice as possible. ​

• If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours-notice a 50% fee will be incurred. Missed appointments are non-refundable. 

​

• Consultation packages are non-refundable once purchased. If you choose not to continue with your plan, unused sessions will be offered as credit to be used within 12 months of purchase.
